Priority stack:

- Standard: order total × effective rate
- Advanced (if category/time rules enabled): per order line with matched rules, then summed
Hold period
To account for returns, commission may sit in a hold state (e.g. 14 days after confirm before becoming earned — configurable per site). Until then it appears as pending.
Cancellations
Cancelled or fully refunded orders adjust or void related commission per system rules.
