  • Keep phone / email current for follow-up

If rejected, you can usually re-apply after updating your statement (per account UI).

Promo mutex: By default, channel code and cart promo codes may be mutually exclusive (one or the other). Follow checkout prompts.


How commission works

Commission is created when an order confirms, subject to program rules.

Effective commission rate

Priority stack:

Per-partner override → Tier rate → Site default rate

Site default baseline is often 5% (0.05) of eligible order value; your tier or operator config may differ — trust the rate shown in your dashboard.

Calculation base

  • Standard: order total × effective rate
  • Advanced (if category/time rules enabled): per order line with matched rules, then summed

Hold period

To account for returns, commission may sit in a hold state (e.g. 14 days after confirm before becoming earned — configurable per site). Until then it appears as pending.

Cancellations

Cancelled or fully refunded orders adjust or void related commission per system rules.


Partner tiers and benefits

Operators can configure multiple tiers (names vary — e.g. Standard, Gold). Benefit types include:
